Coping All the Time (C.A.T) Group
Coping all the Time (or C.A.T group as we call it) is a 5-week group where children ages 5-7 will learn strategies to confidently manage BIG emotions more effectively. Your child will join peers to work on skills related to emotion regulation and resiliency in a therapeutic setting, facilitated by licensed professionals.
When
Sessions will begin Wednesday November 6th, and run weekly for 5 weeks (with a break the week of Thanksgiving) The end date of the group will be on Wednesday December 11.
All Groups will begin promptly at 5:00pm!

Where
Most sessions will take place at the Full Cup office building, however there may be occasions when the group will be taken outside— (more details on this to follow when you register).

$130 for 5 weeks-pre-paid (savings of $20)
